Storage Policies
General
- No smoking or alcohol on premises
- Even if provided free by Lessor, Occupant will then own the lock thereafter
Items Prohibited to be stored in Units
- Human Beings or Animals
- Explosives, highly flammable, or hazardous items
- Perishable materials
- Bio-hazard materials
- Goods carrying obnoxious odors
- Corrosive, contaminant, or pollutant materials
- Items sensitive to excessive heat or cold temperatures
- Items which would detrimentally affect other tenants
Usage
- Storage of personal or business personal property
- No unlawful activity allowed
- No subletting without Lessor"s permission
- No alteration or modification of unit
